Mika Lindholm
Mika Lindholm has over 15 years of experience working in the international software industry. He has extensive knowledge and experience in delivering products and business solutions, and has worked in various managerial positions across different functions from R&D to product sales and marketing. Prior to joining Xtract, Mika held senior management roles with global companies such as Solid Information Technologies, Capgemini, Ilog and Baan. He pursued his studies in technology at the Helsinki University and joined Xtract in 2007 as CTO.
Klaus Rauhansalo
Klaus Rauhansalo is Chief Financial Officer at Xtract. He is responsible for Finance, Legal and HR functions at Xtract. Klaus has extensive knowledge and experience in international companies controlling and finance functions. He has over 15 years of Business Controlling and Finance experience with global companies such as Metso Automation prior to joining Xtract.
Matti Aksela
Matti Aksela heads Xtract’s Technology function and is responsible for research and development, implementation and deployment of customer projects and technical support. He has worked in creating advanced analytics solutions for over 10 years, and has also gained a deep understanding of computational and hardware architectures and database systems. Matti has obtained his Doctor of Science (Technology) degree in Computer and Information Science from the Helsinki University of Technology.
Mikko Kestilä
Mikko Kestilä is VP of Customer Operations at Xtract, responsible for Services, Product Management and Product Marketing. Mikko’s most recent engagements were VP of R&D and VP of Professional Services at Airwide Solutions and before that VP of R&D at First Hop. Prior to that he has held several senior management positions in product development and marketing at First Hop and Tellabs, both in Finland and in the US. Mikko has a M.Sc. (EE) degree from the University of Oulu.
Jimmy Ruokolainen
VP, Global Sales and Alliances
Jimmy Ruokolainen is an experienced sales, business development and product marketing executive with almost 15 years of international experience from operating in all continents. Specialising in technologies for the telco and service provider market he has succesfully developed, introduced and managed several product and service offerings globally through both channel and direct sales in companies like Stonesoft, F-Secure and Radialpoint. He holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Helsinki and is finalizing his EMBA in Henley Business School, UK 2011.
