Mika Lindholm has over 15 years of experience working with international software industry. He has extensive knowledge and experience indelivering products and business solution, and has worked with various managerial positions across different functions from R&D to product sales and marketing. Prior joining Xtract, Mika held senior management roles with global companies such as Solid Information Technologies, Capgemini, Ilog and Baan. He pursued his studies in technology at the Helsinki University and joined Xtract 2007 as CTO.

Klaus Rauhansalo is Chief Financial Officer at Xtract. He is responsible of Finance, Legal and HR functions at Xtract. Klaus has extensive knowledge and experience in international companies controlling and finance functions. He has over 15 years of Business Controlling and Finance experience with global companies such as Metso Automation prior joining Xtract.

Matti Aksela is heading Xtract’s Technology function, responsible for research and development, implementation and deployment of customer projects and technical support. He has worked in creating advanced analytics solutions for over 10 years, and has also gained a deep understanding into computational and hardware architectures and database systems. Matti has obtained his Doctor of Science (Technology) degree in Computer and Information Science from the Helsinki University of Technology.

Mikko Kestilä is VP of Customer Operations at Xtract, responsible for Services, Product Management and Product Marketing. Mikko’s most recent engagements were VP of R&D and VP of Professional Services at Airwide Solutions and before that VP of R&D at First Hop. Prior to that he has held several senior management positions in product development and marketing at First Hop and Tellabs, both in Finland and in the US. Mikko has a M.Sc. (EE) degree from the University of Oulu.
